PURCHASE CONTRACT

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS CONTRACT BEFORE INITIALING EACH SECTION AND SIGNING.
You have to be absolutely certain that you can provide proper care for this puppy, be a responsible owner to this puppy and can have a puppy in your home ( Ex. landlord approved, no allergies of anyone in the house, prepared for energy level, etc.) before signing this contract. NO CASH REFUNDS, PUPPY CAN BE RETURNED TO ME AT ANY TIME WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! If puppy is sold/re-homed without my permission or knowledge then this contract will become null and void. No exceptions.

I “the breeder” do most of my own health examinations, vaccinations and worming of all puppies born here. I am by "no means a certified veterinarian" but I am very knowledgeable on how to examine a puppy for eye/ear/skin issues, hernias (umbilical & inguinal) and temperament issues. They also see a licensed veterinarian several times . I require the "new owner" to take the puppy to his or her own veterinarian within 3 (three) business days from date of pick up. This contract will become null and void if not followed accordingly.***

I “the breeder” of this puppy guarantee that the puppy is healthy and free of all communicable diseases to the best of my knowledge. Once the puppy leaves my premises and is no longer in my possession or care, then I the breeder of this puppy will no longer be responsible for the life, health or well being of this puppy. I have personally checked this puppy out thoroughly to the best of my abilities and find no visible faults with this puppy; any faults will be duly noted on page 2 of this contract. I “the breeder” DO NOT pay or reimburse for any vet bills incurred after puppy leaves my possession. NO CASH GIVEN.

This warranty DOES NOT cover hips/joints/elbows/skeletal issues or cartilage issues of any kind, reproductive organs, any puppy diseases, virus or any other type of illness, parasite or protozoa infestations. Every effort has been made to ensure the puppy’s health and well-being prior to leaving to go to it‘s new home. Seller is not responsible for any stress the puppy endures during moves to their new homes and once there, environmentally induced disorders such as, but not limited to, kennel cough, pneumonia, hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, giardia, parasites, mites and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Buyer also understands that slight genetic defects are not life-threatening and therefore not covered, for example; umbilical or inguinal hernias, undescended testicles and under or over bite. These conditions are treatable and do not warrant any action from “the breeder”. Every preventable effort had been made by seller to guard against these type of issues.

This warranty covers only LIFE THREATENING GENETIC HEALTH ISSUES that may be found by the vet of "your choice" for the duration listed in this contract. The puppy must be taken to the veterinarian of your choosing within 72 hours / 3 (three) business days from date of pick up or this warranty will become NULL and VOID. If such problem (s) are found a veterinarian statement with the findings has to be sent to the breeder for review, after reviewing I will have my veterinarian look the statement over to determine if the problem (s) is indeed life threatening. If the findings show to be a LIFE THREATENING GENETIC HEALTH ISSUE then a REPLACEMENT puppy will be given NO CASH WILL BE GIVEN and the original puppy MUST be returned to the breeder (OR IF OF AGE. PROOF OF SPAY/NEUTER IS REQUIRED); or if the puppy dies within the duration of this warranty, a necropsy must be performed and results sent to the breeder ASAP by email, fax, or priority mail. If the necropsy DOES NOT show that the puppy in question, died from a genetic defect then NO REPLACEMENT PUPPY WILL BE GIVEN AND NO CASH RETURNED. Necropsy's can be performed by your local Agriculture Department for a low cost fee.

ALL VACCINATIONS AND WORMINGS ARE PERFORMED BY “THE BREEDER” AND OR BY A “CERTIFIED VETERINARIAN”. This puppy has already received all of it's age appropriate vaccinations and has been wormed multiple times as stated on page 1 in the medical section of this contract and on the puppy‘s Canine Health Record that was provided to you. It is YOUR responsibility as "NEW OWNER" to continue the puppy's care. It is the new owners' responsibility to contact a veterinarian IMMEDIATELY if the puppy isn't eating, drinking properly or having ANY type of issue(s) once puppy leaves my possession or care and is in the new owners possession or care.

Exact size, weight and at adulthood CANNOT be guaranteed! Seller/Breeder can only make an educated guess based upon the parents physical characteristics and personality, as well as previous litters. All puppies are sold as "PET COMPANION QUALITY" and ARE NOT GUARANTEED to be "SHOW OR BREEDING QUALITY" unless otherwise specified in this contract.

If for any reason this puppy does not work out with the “new owner” or a situation arises that would displace this puppy, I “The Breeder” MUST be notified IMMEDIATELY upon the acknowledgment of said situation. Proof of situation is required. This puppy is not to be given to a Animal Control Shelter / Pound or any other Humane Organization without first offering the puppy back to the breeder at NO COST, REGARDLESS OF AGE.

This guarantee shall become NULL AND VOID if the puppy is given ANY OR ALLOWED TO BE GIVEN vaccinations within 2 WEEKS from last date that vaccines were administered by “the breeder”. This does not include vaccinations not provided by the “Breeder” such as Rabies. Puppy has already been immunized for the following with NEOPAR (Single core vaccine for Parvo only) and NOBIVAC: CANINE DAPPv but puppy will not be protected until full series has been completed by a certified veterinarian: (Nobivac DAPPv vaccinates against - Canine Distemper - Adenovirus Type 2 - Hepatitis - Parainfluenza – Parvovirus)

This guarantee shall become NULL AND VOID if this puppy/dog is spayed or neutered before 18 months of age. Early sterilization can be detrimental to the physical and mental growth of young dogs. Early sterilization can cause not only growth issues but can also increase the chance of behavioral issues.

The Seller/Breeder deems said puppy from above whelping is purchased as a pet and will not be bred. Buyer agrees to neuter/spay the above described puppy no earlier than 18 months of age and no later than 24 months of age. (a) If the buyer fails to follow this guarantee, for any reason, to spay/neuter the above puppy within the above time frame; the buyer agrees to pay a $3,000.00 for breach of contract, any and all fees, including but not limited to legal fees, court costs, veterinary examinations, etc. incurred by the seller to enforce this contract. Puppy ownership will revert back to the Breeder/Seller if puppy is found to NOT be spayed/neutered by said age.
